THE ROLE

As a Consultant Transaction Services / Value Creation Services you support our clients in forward-looking financial topics.

On the one hand, you advise small and medium-sized Private Equity investors and corporates on M&A transactions and thus contribute to the purchase price determination and determination of the company value on buy-side or sell-side projects. On the other hand, you support the digital transformation of finance functions by implementing state-of-the-art data analytics solutions and professionalize finance processes.

In addition, you will significantly contribute shaping a thriving consulting startup related to all business development topics and optimizing our internal processes.

YOUR SKILLSET

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or similar with a focus on corporate finance, external accounting, finance, controlling, auditing, or similar
• First relevant professional experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or auditing, ideally in the Big 4 or Next 10 environment
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially with respect to Excel and Power BI
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness and talent to work entrepreneurial, think unconventional, and implementation-focused
