YOUR ROLE

As a Consultant in Transaction Services / Value Creation Services, you will support our clients with forward-looking topics in the financial sector.

On the one hand, you advise small and medium-sized Private Equity investors and corporates on M&A transactions and thus contribute to the purchase price determination and determination of the company value on buy-side or sell-side projects. On the other hand, you support the digital transformation of finance functions by implementing state-of-the-art data analytics solutions and professionalize finance processes.

Additionally, you will play a significant role in shaping a growing consulting startup around all business development topics and the optimization of our internal processes.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable fields with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Auditing, or similar subjects.

• Initial relevant professional experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Auditing, ideally in the Big 4 or Next 10 environment.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.
• Willingness and talent to work entrepreneurially, think unconventionally, and proceed with implementation orientation.
