YOUR ROLE

As an intern or working student in the Transaction Services / Value Creation Services team, you will gain exciting insights into forward-looking topics in the financial sector.

You support our team in the advisory of small and medium-sized Private Equity investors and corporates on M&A transactions and thus contribute to the purchase price determination and determination of the company value on buy-side or sell-side projects. Furthermore, you support projects related to the digital transformation of finance functions by implementing state-of-the-art data analytics solutions and professionalize finance processes. Lastly, you contribute to the conceptualization of new Radial Academy courses delivering our expertise also in the form of university-certified executive education programs.

Additionally, you help to shape a thriving consulting startup around all business development topics and optimize our internal processes.

YOUR SKILLS

• At least in the third semester of your studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable fields with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or similar subjects.

• Ideally, initial relevant experience from an internship in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Auditing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally Power BI.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.
• Interest in entrepreneurial action, unconventional thinking, and implementation orientation.
