YOUR ROLE

As Manager – Transaction Services / Value Creation Services you independently lead transaction and financial transformation projects for our clients.

You advise mid-market private equity investors and companies on the preparation of financial due diligence reports, fact books and company valuations, contributing to the purchase price and enterprise value determination in buy-side or sell-side projects. You will also drive the digital transformation of finance functions by implementing state-of-the-art data analytics solutions and professionalize processes in the finance function.

For our clients, you serve as the central point of contact, assisting them with complex technical and entrepreneurial questions and ensuring the impeccable quality of our services. As a project leader, you enable our project teams both technically and personally to ensure optimal results and contribute to our dynamic and open corporate culture. With your expertise and leadership strength, you will significantly shape a young and agile consulting company from the outset.

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in business administration / business informatics or similar with a focus on M&A, corporate finance, external accounting, finance / controlling or auditing.

• Several years of professional experience in Corporate Finance / Transaction Services / Business Valuation or related areas.
• Profound expertise in Corporate Finance / Financial Due Diligence / (international) accounting, possibly supported by completed professional exams (e.g., auditor, CPA, etc.).
• Excellent MS Office skills and IT affinity.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.
• Willingness and talent for entrepreneurial action, unconventional thinking, and implementation orientation as well as a “hands-on” mentality.
