Alena joined Radial in 2025, specializing in financial due diligence and the implementation of automatized reporting solutions. Alena has experience in financial advisory at Deloitte for more than three years, supporting on several projects for national and international clients both on the sell-side and on the buy-side.

Andreas joined Radial in 2024 and has built up extensive expertise in financial modeling as well as in the implementation of automated reporting & controlling solutions using Power BI. Prior to joining Radial, Andreas gained experience as an intern and working student in the areas of controlling, data analytics and project management.

Amelie joined Radial in 2023 and is managing our office in Munich and covers the team’s back. Before joining Radial, Amelie worked in administrative functions at Salvis Consulting, My Fair Dress and MFLworld.

Antonius joined Radial in April 2025 and focuses on financial modeling. Before joining Radial, he gathered experience in the financial sector with UBS and KPMG, as well as operations optimization expertise at Porsche Consulting and the PropTech startup Matera.

Apurva joined Radial in 2024 and focuses on the implementation of automated reporting and controlling solutions with Power BI. Prior to joining Radial, she gained substantial experience in finance transformation and ESG reporting projects at KPMG.

In the course of his seven years of professional experience, Dominik has accompanied complex transactions with a focus on due diligence activities and has assisted numerous clients from various industries and the private equity sector as an auditor in Germany. His areas of expertise include project business and sectors such as industrials and craft industry.

Ferdinand joined Radial as a Consultant in April 2025 and brings extensive corporate finance and M&A experience from his previous positions. Before joining Radial, Ferdinand worked for a year in the M&A advisory division of Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he successfully advised on several sell-side mandates across various industries.

Jan brings more than six years of experience in industrials and automotive, having led transformation and restructuring projects across Europe and North America. Prior to Roland Berger, he worked at Capgemini Invent, focusing on digitalization and smart factory initiatives for large industrial corporates and global Automotive OEMs.

Janik joined Radial in 2023 and focuses on the implementation of automated reporting and controlling solutions with Power BI. Prior to joining Radial, Janik worked in the M&A team at Siemens on global projects in the area of process optimization and Power BI reporting.

Jim joined Radial in 2025 after 3 years in the M&A Transaction Services department at Deloitte, where he worked on various buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for private equity and strategic investors.

Korbinian joined Radial in 2022 and focuses on Financial Due Diligence services, as well as the implementation of Power BI reporting solutions. Before he gained extensive finance and M&A experience at the European Dental Group and Maxburg Capital Partners.

Magdalena joined Radial in 2022 and focuses on the implementation of Power BI reporting solutions, as well as data-based performance improvement. Before joining Radial, she advised clients from the Private Equity sector both in Germany and internationally at Deloitte.

Natalie joined Radial in 2025, where she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online content, and organizing PR activities and events. Prior to joining Radial, she gained extensive marketing experience, particularly in startups in Munich.

Simone joined Radial in 2025 and is responsible for embracing the phenomenal culture and the positive attitude within our team. Before joining Radial, Simone worked at Fortlane (formerly Goetzpartners).

Tobias has several years of experience at PwC and KPMG, focusing on financial statement audit, accounting advisory and finance transformation. He has led operationally audit, financial advisory, and finance transformation projects for public interest entities as well as private equity portfolio companies.

Sascha has more than 12 years of professional experience at EY, Porsche Consulting, and as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory. He has led transaction and restructuring projects for PE portfolio companies. Sascha’s expertise includes hypergrowth and turnaround situations, and sectors such as industrials, commerce, and SaaS.

In the course of his twelve years of professional experience, Wolf has worked for EY in Mannheim and Chicago as an auditor and for Deloitte as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services division. He has accompanied complex transactions with a focus on due diligence activities. His areas of expertise include project business, technical building equipment and the financial onboarding of platform deals.
