Our Team

ESG Reporting

Radial is committed to achieve net zero emissions and to constantly derive measures based on our data-driven ESG controlling to underpin our social, environmental, and governance-related ambitions. We therefore continuously measure our environmental footprint as well as social and governance KPIs using real-time information. The following data has been collected as a basis for our FY2022 reporting.

Environment: Total emissions (in mtCO₂e)

Our total emssions of 16.4 mtCO₂e (5.3 mtCO₂e per FTE) are entirely Scope II or Scope III as we do not own assets such as buildings or vehicles.

The majority of emissions result from Scope III upstream activities, mostly business travel as well as purchased goods and services. Scope II emissions result from purchasing electricity for laptops and other electronic devices.

Through donations, Radial offset an equivalent of 49.0 mtCO₂e and therefore overcompensates net zero by factor 3.

Environment: Travel footprint

As business travel accounts for the majority of our emissions, we are committed to further reduce travel whenever possible and choose trains or public transportation over other modes of transportation. Of 34,500 kilometres travelled, 42% were covered by train or public transportation. Airplanes are only used if alternatives lead to disproportionate effort.

Additionally, 44 hotel overnight stays incurred and 236 individual business meals have been consumed.


Radial is committed to lead in governmental aspects and has determined team member satisfaction as its main driver for measuring governance aspects organization-wide. An employee satisfaction survey has been conducted at year-end 2022 with five out of five stars in overall employee satisfaction.

In the mid-term, employee retention will be established as second KPI to measure Radial’s governance performance.
